Memberships
Free trial. Every membership starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect your card at checkout, but you won’t be charged during the trial. Billing starts automatically on day 15 at your plan’s monthly price unless you cancel before then through Manage membership.
Memberships (Development 1 to Development 4) renew automatically every month, starting on day 15 when your free trial ends. You’ll be charged the membership price each month until you cancel.
Each membership covers one athlete. Families with more than one athlete buy one membership per athlete.
You can cancel anytime using the Manage membership link on our site (enter your email and you’ll get a secure sign-in link), or by emailing members@baselinediamond.com. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then ends.
Membership payments are not refunded for a month that has already started. If a payment fails, we’ll retry your card. Your membership stays open, but sessions are paused until the balance is paid. You can update your card anytime from Manage membership.
Manage membership lets you update your card, see your receipts, or cancel at the end of your current month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; BDA does not store your card number.
